When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the size of the print run and finishes. For general items such as full colour cards and non-multipage documents we aim to despatch within 7 days of artwork approval. Brandaid will keep you updated on the status of your job at every stage.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
If we are responsible for an error, contact us immediately. We will do everything humanly possible to fix the problem. If the problem can't be fixed, we will happily refund you.
How do I make changes to my order?
Send us an email with your account and job ID clearly stated as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once your job is in production without incurring additional cost. Our fast turnaround time leaves a small window for changes post final approval but we will do our best to accommodate where necessary.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is in production we cannot accept cancellations.
What methods of payment does Brandaid accept?
Currently we accept payments by Paypal, American Express and Bank Transfer.
How do I use my Promotional Code?
Enter your unique code at checkout and your discount will be applied automatically to your final balance.
